How to book
Our prices vary depending on number of guests in party, are
all-inclusive and extremely competitive because properties are proposed directly
by owners.
To book you need first to check availability by an online enquiry form; if there is availability we will hold an option for you: reservation is made with an advance of 100 Euro and your payment details confirm definitively your booking; we will then e-mail to you the booking form with additional information about your arrival.
On the day you arrive in Venice, we will escort you to the apartment, show you the facilities, the local amenities and give you the keys.
Arrivals are expected between 14 and 20.
Settlement will be paid upon arrival, when you get the keys, in cash.
We also will ask you an amount of money as a guarantee against breakages, that will be fully returned to you at the end of your stay, unless any damages incurred.
